Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems under AMC contracts. Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain IP and analog CCTV cameras , DVR/NVR systems and related equipment. Diagnose issues related to camera, video loss, power supply, cabling, connectors, network connectivity and recording .

Configure and troubleshoot IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, PoE switches and network devices . Perform camera installation, replacement, shifting, alignment, focusing and testing whenever required. Check and maintain CAT6/network cables, fiber links, SMPS, UPS, PoE equipment and other CCTV accessories .

Configure basic IP addresses, networking parameters and remote viewing as required. Conduct scheduled AMC preventive maintenance visits and complete site inspection/checklists. Escalate major or unresolved technical issues to the Senior Engineer / Service Manager .

Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment and company materials at customer sites.



Follow all applicable site safety, security and client procedures .

Required

SkillsGood knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems – IP & Analog . Practical experience with DVR/NVR, IP cameras, PoE switches and CCTV networking . Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, IP addressing, LAN, switches and network troubleshooting .

Ability to use basic electrical and networking testing tools. Ability to read basic CCTV/networking diagrams and cabling layouts . Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.
