About the Role The Organic World is looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to manage the Dairy, Frozen, and Bakery categories. The candidate will be responsible for category growth, vendor management, assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Dairy, Frozen, and Bakery product categories across stores.
- Develop category strategies to improve sales, margins, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle vendor sourcing, negotiations, and relationship management.
- Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and market performance.
- Plan and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Ensure optimal assortment and product availability across stores.
- Work closely with operations, supply chain,



and marketing teams.
- Monitor category KPIs including sales, GM%, stock turns, and wastage.
- Identify recent product opportunities and emerging consumer trends.
- Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, or Merchandising.
- Experience in Dairy, Frozen Foods, Bakery, FMCG, Retail, or Supermarket industry is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good analytical and Excel skills.
- Ability to handle multiple categories and drive business growth.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
