Responsibilities:

Listing Quality Checks: Review every new and updated product listing for correct title, description, brand, MRP, selling price, pack size, variants (size, colour, material), and key attributes before it goes live

Image QA: Ensure product images meet Gigabox standards for resolution, white background, angles, cropping, and consistency, and that images match the actual product variant

Taxonomy & Category Mapping: Ensure every SKU is mapped to the correct category, sub-category, and filters so customers can browse and discover products easily

Cross-System Consistency: Catch mismatches between the app, POS, and inventory system for price, barcode/EAN, stock status, and product details

Duplicate & Error Detection: Identify and merge duplicate SKUs, fix broken variants, wrong barcodes, missing data, and inactive listings still showing live

Bulk Uploads: Validate bulk catalogue uploads (Excel/CSV) from category and vendor teams before they are pushed to production.

Catalogue Audits: Run regular audits on live catalogue health (missing images, weak descriptions, price errors, out-of-stock items still visible) and track error rates

AI-Assisted Workflows: Use AI tools to generate and improve product titles, descriptions, and attributes at scale, and to speed up QA checks, while keeping human judgement on accuracy

Requirements ●

1-3 years of experience in e-commerce catalogue management, catalogue QA, or product content quality





Strong attention to detail; you notice a wrong pack size, a mismatched colour, or a ₹1 price difference

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data cleaning, bulk sheet handling)

Positive understanding of product attributes, variants, and category taxonomies in general merchandise (Kitchen, Home, Sports, Toys, Bags, etc.)

Working knowledge of Legal Metrology packaging requirements, HSN codes, and GST rates for retail products

Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for content generation and data checks
