WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

As a Catalogue Analyst you will support Pentland’s strategy in delivering breakthrough results and performance with some of Pentland's strategic retailers (Decathlon, ASOS, JD Outdoor, TikTok etc). As part of the team, you will be reporting directly to the Partner Manager of the Marketplaces Programme with touch points across different cross functional stakeholders, ranging from Trade Managers, Catalogue Teams, IT, MDM, Customer Operations, Planning and Merchandising. The role will be responsible for managing the setup and maintenance of the global catalogue in a collaborative working space.

What you’ll be doing:

- Responsible for the master data product item setup process for Marketplace & Digital Partnerships and the development of efficiencies within the setup process.
- Responsible for the onboarding and maintenance of the live product catalogue for Marketplace & Digital Partnerships through working with both internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring all products are set up and available when live.

- This will include
- Compiling and managing master data product setup for our brands.
- Ensuring the Salsify Data Feed is correct and complete to send to the integration partner.
- Managing the product upload via integration partners (Mirakl, Rithum)
- Completing partner -specific product setup requests on a seasonal basis.
- Re -naming / re -sizing brand imagery to enable speedy upload to the integrator




- “Walking the store” to spot errors on our brand pages.
- Maintain trackers and provide regular updates on product setup status, outstanding actions and key launch risks.
- Utilize Search Optimization tools to be able to tailor product descriptions and Data to specific retailer Partner Platforms
- Support the wholesale commercial team requirements for product setup to ensure timely sharing of information before seasonal launches.
- Support additional catalogue, marketplace and data -related activities as required, contributing to wider team priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

- Experience working with PIM, e -commerce, marketplace, or product information systems.
- Experience in maintaining master data, product attributes, specifications, classifications and other key product information in line with defined standards and processes.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate information clearly to both technical and non -technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with large datasets in Excel, including lookups, pivot tables and data validation.
- Solid attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies, validate product information and ensure catalogue data meets quality and completeness standards.
- Motivation and desire to learn and deliver on deadlines set.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with high volumes of product data and multiple catalogue requirements.
- Able to manage a range of stakeholders across multiple functions and sites.
