Job Role & Responsibilities

- Candidate should have 4–6 years of experience in the Mobile / Home Appliances / Consumer Electronics field, preferably as a Sales Supervisor, Floor In-Charge, or similar role.
- Strong product knowledge and proven team-leading capabilities are mandatory.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and drive the sales team towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and take necessary actions to achieve sales and business targets.
- Manage product categories and determine appropriate product positioning and visibility to maximize sales.
- Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure effective implementation of promotions, offers, and brand activities.
- Maintain solid relationships with brand representatives and other business partners.




- Prepare and monitor sales reports and provide regular business updates to management.
- Should have excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and people-management skills.
- Strong target orientation, leadership skills, and commercial awareness are essential.
- Willingness to travel across stores/markets as required.
