Sales Department

- Collect payments from customers towards vehicle sales, booking amounts, registration, insurance, accessories, and other applicable charges.

- Issue receipts for all customer payments and ensure proper documentation.

- Handle cash, UPI, card, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.

- Verify payment details before processing vehicle delivery.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams regarding customer payments and outstanding amounts.

- Maintain daily sales collection records and reconcile collections with billing.

Service Department

- Collect payments from customers against service bills, repair charges, spare parts, accessories, and other service-related transactions.

- Generate and issue service invoices and payment receipts as applicable.

- Verify service invoices before collecting payment.

- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other digital payments.

- Coordinate with Service Advisors and the Accounts team regarding pending payments and billing discrepancies.

- Ensure all service collections are properly recorded and reconciled.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
