Position Summary

ADP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst - Cash Operations to manage critical cash operation activities, ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, perform complex reconciliations, and drive operational excellence initiatives. The role serves as a subject matter expert for cash management processes, partners with internal and external stakeholders, and contributes to process improvement, risk mitigation, and automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage ACH, wire transfers, direct deposits, returns, reversals, and banking transactions.
- Monitor cash positions and ensure timely settlement of client and corporate transactions.
- Perform and oversee bank reconciliations and resolve complex exceptions.
- Analyze cash variances and maintain supporting documentation.
- Act as SME for cash operations processes and controls.
- Handle escalated operational issues and lead root cause analysis.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Review analyst work and provide coaching and guidance.
- Develop KPI dashboards and management reports.
- Partner with Treasury, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and Banking stakeholders.
- Support audits, SOX compliance, and risk management activities.




- Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Cash Operations, Treasury Operations, Banking Operations, or Shared Services.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing, cash management, and reconciliations.
- Advanced Excel skills and solid analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in global finance/shared services environments.
- Knowledge of ACH, SWIFT, Wire Transfers, SEPA, and NACHA.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
- Exposure to Treasury Management Systems and Power BI/automation tools.
