Job Overview:

- Position: Operation Recon & Operations Manager
- Grade: Assistance Manager/Manager
- Location: Thane
- Reporting To: Assistant Vice President (AVP)
- Experience Level: 4 - 8 relevant years
- CTC- Up to Interview

Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation Recon :

- Daily BRS & Execution
- Disbursement & Repayment Reconcile
- Control & Risk Mitigation
- High-Aging & Unidentified Credit Management
- MIS & Stakeholder Reporting
- Audit & Compliance.

Required skills & qualifications:

1. Experience: 3 to 8 years of core experience in Bank Reconciliation (BRS) within Central Operations / CPU at a BFSI/NBFC organization.
2. Technical & system proficiency: Hands-on experience with Loan Management Systems (LMS), General Ledger (GL) modules, BRS tools, and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data matching routines).

3. Domain knowledge
4. Virtual Accounts, Payment Gateways), disbursement cycles, unapplied credit accounting,



and financial control workflows.
5. Problem-solving & detail orientation action plans to internal teams.

Required skills & qualifications:

1. Experience: 4 to 8 years in central insurance operations & loan servicing.
2. Technical & software proficiency: Advanced MS Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation) and familiarity with core lending platforms and insurance partner portals.
3. Domain Knowledge servicing workflows, and claim-settlement mechanisms.
4. Problem-Solving & Communication
