Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Career Counselor at The IoT Academy. The Career Counselor will guide learners and professionals in planning and navigating their career paths within technology and related fields.

Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, follow ups and recommending suitable programs. Maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions.



The Career Counselor will collaborate with academic and placement teams, stay informed about industry trends and emerging job roles, and contribute to improving overall learner success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Any Graduateb (Engineering ackground preferred).
- Student Counseling experience preferred.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex career information clearly.
- Familiarity with technology domains such as IoT, data analytics, AI/ML, and related fields, or willingness to learn these areas quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple cases, and maintain organized documentation.
