nExperience: 1–6 Years

nDomain: EdTech / B2C Sales

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n• Counsel students/learners and understand their education and career goals.

n• Recommend suitable courses, universities, programmes, and learning solutions.

n• Handle leads through calls, walk-ins, emails, chats, and online interactions.

n• Manage the complete sales funnel from lead engagement to enrolment.

n• Conduct profile evaluations and provide personalised guidance.

n• Handle follow-ups, objections, negotiations, and customer queries.





n• Guide study abroad students with admissions, SOP/LORs, scholarships, and visa processes.

n• Maintain CRM records and effectively manage leads.

n• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and prospective learners.

n• Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.

n✅ REQUIREMENTS

n• Relevant experience in study abroad counselling / overseas education / edtech / B2C sales.

n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

n• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

n• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

n• Target-orientated with a strong ownership mindset.

n• Comfortable working with CRM and dialler systems.

n• Experience in EdTech, education, BFSI, telecom, e-commerce, or overseas education is preferred.

n• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
