We are seeking an empathetic and result-oriented Career Counselor to guide students and parents in academic and career decision-making. The role involves assessing student aptitude, explaining career pathways, and aligning students with the right academic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-to-one career counseling sessions for students (Class 9–12)
- Assess student aptitude, interest, and academic strengths
- Explain career options: Engineering, Medical, Commerce, Arts, CUET, Boards
- Guide students on course selection, stream selection, and exam preparation
- Conduct parent counseling sessions
- Support seminars, workshops, and career guidance events
- Maintain student counseling records and follow-ups
- Coordinate with academic and admission teams
