Car Loan Job Responsibilities - Generate new car loan leads through open-market and field sales activities.

- Identify and approach potential customers looking for new or used car loans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Explain car loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and repayment terms to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with the bank's credit and operations teams for smooth processing of loan applications.
- Follow up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business volumes.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of car dealers and other referral sources.
- Generate business through referrals, dealer relationships, and local market visits.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Ensure proper customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports as required.

Key Requirements - Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience in car loan / auto loan / vehicle finance sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in banking, NBFC, automobile finance, or field sales can also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer acquisition and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work in field sales and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of the local market. - Must be comfortable with travelling for customer and dealer visits.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Salary CTC: As per company norms / based on experience. Location -Tirur, Trivandrum, Kozhikode,Kottayam,Attingal,Kollam, palakkad

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
