Role Summary The Campus Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the campus, ensuring excellence in admissions, academics, student engagement, and administrative functions. The role requires a dynamic leader who can drive business growth, manage cross-functional teams, deliver an exceptional student experience, and ensure smooth day-to-day campus operations.

Key Responsibilities

Campus Operations Management

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the campus to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure adherence to academic schedules, operational processes, and organizational policies.
- Monitor campus infrastructure, facilities, and overall learning environment.
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain operational efficiency.

Admissions & Business Growth

- Drive student admissions by achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase campus visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
- Identify local business opportunities to strengthen campus growth.
- Academic & Student Success
- Coordinate with faculty to ensure effective delivery of academic programs.
- Monitor student attendance, engagement, academic progress, and retention.
- Resolve student concerns and ensure high levels of student satisfaction.
- Support placement initiatives and career development activities.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and motivate academic and administrative teams.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and maintain a collaborative work culture.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of campus employees.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

- Build strong relationships with students,



parents, faculty, and external stakeholders.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Represent the organization during events, seminars, and partnership meetings.

Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare and present campus performance reports and operational updates.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, academic standards, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor campus KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance overall performance.

P & L Management

- Own and manage the campus P&L; by driving revenue growth, controlling costs, and achieving profitability targets.
- Develop and execute campus business plans and budgets while monitoring financial performance and implementing corrective actions.
- Identify new revenue opportunities through admissions growth, business development initiatives, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

Essential

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in branch management, campus operations, education management, or training institutions.
- Experience leading teams and managing operational performance.

Preferred
- Experience in EdTech, higher education, training institutes, or skill development organizations.
- Exposure to admissions, academic coordination, student engagement, and business development.
