We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join Popular Hyundai. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, generating leads, following up on enquiries, and supporting the sales and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls for lead generation, follow-ups, customer engagement, and appointment scheduling.
- Follow up with prospective customers and existing Hyundai customers.
- Provide information about vehicles, offers, test drives, service appointments, and dealership facilities.
- Generate and qualify sales/service leads through telephone interactions.
- Schedule test drives and service appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM/DMS.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and ensure timely customer responses.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate.
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam; English/Hindi/Tamil would be an advantage.
- Pleasant telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous experience in a call center, telecalling, automobile, sales, or customer-service role will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

- Number of inbound and outbound calls handled.

Salary & Incentives
- Competitive salary based on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
