- Prepare pizzas, sauces, toppings and other menu items as per standard recipes and SOPs.
- Handle pizza preparation, baking, cutting and plating.
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste and presentation.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
- Handle dine-in, takeaway and online orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment and dining area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Check stock availability and support inventory management.
- Assist with receiving, storing and organizing raw materials.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper food storage practices.
- Work as part of a team and support daily café operations.
- Maintain proper grooming and professional behaviour.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, bakery or pizza outlet is preferred.
- Freshers with a valuable attitude and willingness to learn can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
