For our location in Bangalore, we are looking for a highly motivated team member(s) to handle technical service for Material Testing Equipments. We are seeking enthusiastic Engineer(s) for the installation, maintenance and repair of material testing and metallography equipments that we supply. The primary role would be to install, maintain, and repair complex equipment at client sites and at offsite, requiring strong technical skills, problemsolving,

and customer service to diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing travel and documentation

Role & responsibilities

- Installation & Commissioning: Setting up and configuring equipment to meet technical specifications at client locations.
- Maintenance & Repair: Conducting routine checks, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting/fixing technical issues during in office customer visits
- Perform calibrations, part replacements, alignments, firmware upgrades to maintain equipment
- Educate clients on proper equipment operation, maintenance and sample preparation
- Customer Support: Responding to service calls, providing technical guidance, training users,



and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Identify recurring technical issues; provide feedback to management
- Process Adherence & Documentation: Maintaining accurate service records, logging activities as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017- Prepare detailed service reports for each customer case
- Collaboration: Working with internal teams (sales, operations) and escalating complex issues when necessary. Coordinate with operations team for parts delivery and inventory management
- Travel: Frequent travel to various customer sites,

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites across India
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently at client premises when required
- Strong team player with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and Word
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management abilities
