Comics And Brics Cafe is Pune’s first dedicated comic book and board game café, offering a unique blend of entertainment, dining, and community experiences. The café houses a collection of over 10,000 comic books and 400 board games, providing guests with an engaging space to discover, play, and connect.

Alongside its extensive entertainment offerings, the café serves a variety of authentic and thoughtfully prepared food and beverages. Comics And Brics is designed to be an inclusive, welcoming, and community-focused space that brings together guests of diverse ages and interests.

Role: Cafe Experience Executive The Cafe Experience Executive is a guest-facing, on-site role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the café counter and basic food service. The role involves interacting directly with guests while supporting food preparation, order management, billing, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

The ideal candidate should be friendly, attentive, dependable, and comfortable taking on a variety of responsibilities to ensure a positive and seamless experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Understand guest requirements, take food and beverage orders, and process them accurately.
- Handle billing and payments through the café’s designated billing system.
- Prepare and serve basic food and beverage items as per established recipes and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized kitchen and counter area.




- Ensure food is prepared and served while maintaining appropriate hygiene and quality standards.
- Assist with stock monitoring and inform the relevant team member when supplies need replenishment.
- Respond to basic guest queries and assist them with information about the café.
- Work collaboratively with the café team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- No Smoking or chewing tobacco/pan masala or consuming alcohol/recreational drugs in or around working hours.

Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to understand and communicate in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training in basic food preparation and café operations.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and personal grooming.
- Friendly, positive, and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy café environment.
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Prior café, hospitality, or customer-service experience is an advantage, but training will be provided to the right candidate.

Remuneration

Remuneration will include a fixed base salary and a variable component based on performance every month.
