Job Title: CAE Engineer/M-Tech This position involves executing Thermal Analysis at a full vehicle level, identifying issues, and providing countermeasures for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).

Responsibilities

- Conduct thermal analysis for full vehicle systems and report findings.
- Build models using ANSA and set up boundary conditions using UH3D & TAITHERM.
- Correlate CFD results with physical test data and handle FAN modeling.
- Perform frontend opening and heat rejection calculations.
- Debug simulations in RADTHERM/StarCCM+ and resolve coupling issues.
- Post-process results using ENSIGHT and prepare detailed reports.
- Study internal flow simulations using StarCCM+.
- Interpret heat exchanger data sheets and apply necessary corrective actions.
- Identify potential thermal issues and recommend heat shield placements.
- Independently manage and deliver projects while maintaining clear communication with customers.

Essential Skills

- Proficiency in ANSA, RADTHERM/TAITHERM, Star CCM+, ENSIGHT, and Team Center.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and full vehicle analysis.
- Thorough knowledge of automobile systems and their functions.
- Ability to correlate CFD results with physical test data.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech).
- Strong technical knowledge in fluid dynamics and heat transfer.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Team-oriented mindset and capability to work independently.
