Job Responsibilities

1. Concept development, modelling, drafting and detailing of the automotive chassis components in CATIA V5 / NX
2. Preparing the drawings according to the internal and external requirements
3. Create initial data base structure in SAP / PLM for complex drawings and supporting documents (BOM)
4. Maintaining Engineering Change Records (ECR's), inclusive 3D & 2D record management
5. Supporting Interdisciplinary design work shops (Project Management, Quality, Cost estimation, Process Planning, Tool & Die press shop, CAE.)

Required Skill Set a) Valuable understanding of design and engineering fundamentals b) Able to provide Engineering design solutions for analysis targets by meeting the defined requirements c) Knowledge of CATIA V5 or NX d) Basic knowledge of 2D and 3D Modelling / Drafting knowledge e) Basic SAP / PLM knowledge will be an advantage f) Good communication, self-learning and problem solving attitude

Required Qualification

I. Graduate with BE / ME Mechanical / Automobile

II. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive industry
