Position: CA Inter – Accounts & Finance

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: CA Qualified/ CA Intermediate

Salary- 4.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors and provide required schedules and supporting documents.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash-flow activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, auditors,



and statutory authorities when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of Companies Act and applicable accounting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to independently handle accounting and compliance activities.

Preferred Profile
- CA Inter with 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Candidates with experience in finalization of accounts, taxation, audit coordination, MIS and statutory compliance will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet reporting deadlines.
