Job Title: CA – Accounting Operations & FP&A;

Location: Bangalore

CTC: ₹8–8.5 LPA

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including GL accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reporting.
- Support annual budgeting, business planning, forecasting, and periodic reforecasting processes.
- Prepare and analyse Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual variances, with clear business insights.
- Perform P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash-flow and cost analysis and identify key financial trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate financial data, reporting inputs, and timely closure of accounts.
- Support statutory, internal, and external audits by providing required schedules, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and management presentations to support business decision-making.




- Identify process gaps and drive improvements, automation, and strengthening of financial controls.
- Work closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders on ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases, and FP&A; initiatives.

- Advanced MS Excel and financial modelling
- ERP/accounting software knowledge; SAP/Oracle experience preferred
- Robust analytical and communication skills
- Good understanding of Ind AS and internal controls

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
