Job Title: CA – Accounting Operations & FP&A;

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–3 Years

CTC: ₹9–11 LPA

Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred / Maximum 10 days notice period

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including GL accounting, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash-flow reports, and management dashboards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and periodic reforecasting activities.
- Perform Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Support financial modelling, business analysis, and management reporting for decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and stakeholders for accounting, reporting, and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards,



internal controls, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and strengthening of accounting and FP&A; processes.
- Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements from senior management.
