Job Summary

We are looking for a C# .NET Developer with strong hands-on experience in UWP (Universal Windows Platform) to join our Software Engineering team.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in developing Windows desktop applications using UWP, along with strong proficiency in C#, .NET, XAML, and MVVM architecture.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, debugging, and optimizing high-performance UWP applications used in a real-world enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain UWP applications using C# and .NET.
- Build responsive and user-friendly Windows application interfaces using XAML.
- Implement application architecture using the MVVM design pattern.
- Develop reusable UI components, custom controls, styles, templates, converters, and resource dictionaries.
- Implement data binding, commands, dependency properties, and event handling.
- Integrate UWP applications with REST APIs and backend services.




- Develop database components using Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.
- Write and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Implement asynchronous programming using Async/Await, Tasks, and multithreading.
- Identify and resolve application bugs, performance issues, and technical problems.
- Optimize application performance, startup time, responsiveness, and memory usage.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Write unit tests and contribute to technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Backend, and other Engineering teams.
- Support application deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Mandatory Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UWP application development.
- Strong proficiency in C#.
- Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core / modern .NET.
- Excellent knowledge of UWP and XAML.
- Strong understanding of MVVM architecture.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with WinUI 3.
- Experience with Windows application deployment and packaging.
- Exposure to Windows Services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with NUnit, xUnit, or Moq.
- Experience with UI component libraries such as Syncfusion, DevExpress, Telerik, or Infragistics.
- Knowledge of performance profiling and memory optimization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in UWP development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a software engineering team.

Key Requirement UWP experience is mandatory for this position. Candidates with only general C#/.NET, WPF, ASP.NET, or web development experience without hands-on UWP experience will not be considered.
