Role & responsibilities

Procurement of parts from domestic suppliers

Planning & Scheduling

Supplier follow-ups and expediting supplies

Driving vector flow, month indent, shortage & VOR parts execution

Coordination with Supplier and Logistics team for collection of parts from Local Warehouses & local suppliers

Ensuring availability of parts at VEPDC & RDC at desired inventory norms

Material & account reconciliations of suppliers

Driving improvements towards success through needful escalation.

Weekly/monthly MIS preparation

Supplier performance review

Competencies/ Capabilities Required

Verbal & written communication skills

Negotiations skills for expediting supplies from supplier

Pro-efficiency in SAP, Advanced MS Excel/Word/ PowerPoint

Willingness to travel to suppliers as per requirement.

High Energy Level/ Excellent Customer responsiveness

- Relevant experience and qualifications matching the role requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma Pass-outs: 2018 2025
- BE/B.Tech Pass-outs: 2021 2025
