Job TitleBusiness Unit Head – International BFSI & Emerging Verticals (P&L; Owner)

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced executive to lead and scale our International BFSI and Emerging Verticals business units. In this high-growth role, you will hold complete P&L; responsibility, drive global client acquisition, lead presales and solutions, and oversee delivery across core practices including Product Engineering, AI, and Platform services.

Key ResponsibilitiesP&L; & Business Growth

- Own end-to-end P&L; performance—driving revenue growth, expanding profit margins, and ensuring high client satisfaction across all assigned accounts.
- Expand relationships with existing enterprise accounts across global markets (including public/private banks, NBFCs, capital markets, and fintechs).
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies, build pipeline, and win new international enterprise logos.

Presales, Solutions & Delivery Leadership

- Lead and mentor dedicated presales teams; collaborate with technical practice leads to shape high-impact solution proposals.




- Oversee account delivery commitments across Product Engineering, Platform, QE, TurfAI, and Extended Engineering engagements.
- Maintain rigorous oversight of global regulatory and contractual constraints (including RBI, SEBI, PCI-DSS, data localization, and AI safety limits).

Ecosystem & Industry Representation

- Represent Ariviti in industry forums, executive roundtables, and key partner ecosystems to establish market presence and thought leadership.

Requirements & QualificationsMust-Have:

- Experience: 10–15+ years in IT/Engineering services, with at least 3–5+ years holding direct account or business unit leadership.
- P&L; Ownership: Proven history of owning and exceeding P&L;, revenue, and gross margin targets for international business accounts.
- Domain Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in BFSI (banks, NBFCs, capital markets, fintechs) across international markets.
- Network: Established, active CXO-level relationships within international financial institutions and enterprise verticals.

Preferred:

- Direct background in Payments, Core Banking Technology, or Fintech platforms.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering and AI-driven engagements.
