Role Description The Business Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. The role involves identifying prospective clients, presenting Alphaarc’s educational consultancy services, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach through calls, meetings, and events, maintaining a sales pipeline, and preparing proposals or service packages tailored to client needs.

Executive will follow up with clients, manage accounts to ensure satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market demand.



The position also includes tracking sales performance, reporting key metrics, and contributing ideas to improve business development and growth strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills to maintain client relationships and support repeat business.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess transparent and effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present services and collaborate with colleagues.
- Relevant experience in education, consulting, or service-based industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
