Role Overview

Sweet Karam Coffee is looking for a Business Operations Analyst – Quick Commerce to support our Quick Commerce business through data tracking, operational coordination, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Quick Commerce Operations

- Coordinate with Operations and Quick Commerce account teams on day-to-day requirements.
- Track orders, inventory, availability, dispatches, cancellations, and returns.
- Follow up on operational issues and ensure timely closure.
- Support new launches, promotions, and assortment changes.
- Coordinate with platform teams on day-to-day requirements.

Data & Reporting

- Maintain Quick Commerce dashboards and performance reports.
- Track sales, orders, GMV, availability, inventory, and other key metrics.
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure data accuracy across internal and platform reports.
- Track performance across Quick Commerce platforms and highlight key changes.

Key Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in Business Operations, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.




- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to follow up with multiple teams and ensure timely closure.
- Freshers with relevant internships or project experience are welcome.
- Exposure to Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, or D2C will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart is a plus.
