- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, dashboards and business performance reports.
- Manage and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Raise and track query/ticket requests with concerned teams until resolution.
- Manage operational emails, resolve routine queries and handle stakeholder escalations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, track action items and ensure timely closure.
- Use AI tools, bots and AI agents to improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
- Use Advanced Excel and SQL for data cleaning, analysis, reporting and business insights.
- Identify data gaps, operational issues and opportunities for process improvement.
