About Althix

Althix is a growing healthcare platform focused on making professional home healthcare accessible, reliable, and convenient for families.

We are looking for a Business Operations Executive who can understand our business, help build operational processes, and work closely with the team to manage and improve day-to-day operations as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Help build and manage Althix's day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate between customers, healthcare professionals, agencies, and the internal team.
- Help create and improve operational processes and workflows.
- Manage bookings, assignments, follow-ups, and operational coordination.
- Identify operational issues and help develop practical solutions.
- Maintain operational records and reports.
- Support the team in building scalable processes as the business grows.
- Take ownership of assigned operational tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Work closely with the founders/management team on new operational initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare/Medical field, or a related discipline.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities.




- Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Willingness to take responsibility and learn different aspects of the business.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Healthcare/medical industry knowledge or experience is a plus.

Compensation & Growth ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + performance-based incentives.

Work Schedule

- 6 working days per week
- 3 days from Althix office in Gaur City
- Remaining days: Remote/Hybrid
- Candidates should be comfortable working in the Delhi NCR region.
