Prime Home Loan / Housing Finance

DSA / Channel Sales

DSA & Connector Network Management

Home Loan Sourcing & Disbursement

Mortgage / Secured Lending

Lead Generation & Conversion

Strong local market & partner relationships

Consistent business achievement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and manage a strong DSA / Connector network

Drive Prime Home Loan sourcing through channel partners

Generate quality leads and convert them into business

Build long-term relationships with DSAs, connectors & property/channel partners





Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction & disbursement

Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal & Technical teams for smooth processing

Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets

Expand the DSA network and identify new business opportunities

Ensure strong customer and channel-partner experience
