Roles and Responsibilities :

- Proactively review and analyse the client and partner base to build a clear picture of each account — their structure, services in place, and areas of unmet need. •Identify and surface opportunities for additional services or support that TopSource could offer existing clients, working closely with Partnerships, Sales and Client Solutions teams. •Track and interpret significant changes within client organisations — including C-suite/leadership changes, untapped revenue potential, M&A; activity, and new investment — and translate these into actionable insight.

•Work cross-functionally across the business (sales, partnerships, client solutions, operations) to gather and validate insight on clients and how they are being supported today.

•Maintain accurate, up-to-date client and prospect information within the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring insight is captured and accessible to the wider team.

•Use sales-intelligence and prospecting tools (e.g. Amplemarket, LinkedIn) to research client organisations, monitor relevant changes,



and identify key contacts.

•Produce clear, well-organised reporting and briefings that summarise findings and recommended next steps for account owners and leadership.

•Build robust working relationships across the business to become a trusted source of client and market insight.

Job Requirements :

- Previous experience in global payroll, HR, or Employer of Record (EOR) — this is a strong preference for the role. •A background in business analysis, client/account analysis, market research or partnerships support, ideally in a B2B services environment. •Experience working with a CRM system, ideally HubSpot, to manage and interpret client/account data.

•Familiarity with sales-intelligence and prospecting tools such as Amplemarket and LinkedIn (Sales Navigator).

•Confident user of the Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
