Role Purpose The Business Head will be responsible for driving and managing the end-to-end business, including sales, customer onboarding, collections, retention and customer support, while ensuring sustainable business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall business operations and drive business growth.
- Own the end-to-end business function, including:
- Sales
- Customer acquisition and onboarding
- Collections
- Customer retention
- Customer support
- Own and manage the P&L; for the business.
- Drive key business metrics including:
- Disbursements
- Revenue
- Margins
- Cost of Acquisition (CoA)
- Operating costs
- Credit losses
- Overall profitability
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business and financial targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations,
Finance and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure effective coordination between various functions to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor portfolio quality, collections and credit-related performance.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor and manage teams to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of experience in Banking/NBFC, preferably in lending.
- Solid experience in business development and sales leadership.
- Proven experience managing the complete business lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of lending products and NBFC operations.
- Experience in P&L; management and business profitability.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage business growth while maintaining portfolio quality.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
