Role Description The Business Growth Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s client base. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to develop growth strategies, optimize go-to-market plans, and support the execution of key projects that enhance client outcomes.

Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing sales presentations and proposals,



maintaining relationships with existing clients, and monitoring performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. The role also requires regular reporting on growth initiatives and contributing insights that help refine Vidyayatan Technologies’ offerings and positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to conduct market research, interpret data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging clients, presenting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Proven experience in Sales and Growth Hacking to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue expansion.
- Solid Project Management capabilities to plan, execute, and track growth initiatives and client engagements.
- Relevant experience in technology, software, or AI-driven businesses is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
