Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Head – Homecare Business to lead and scale our Homecare operations in Patna. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing full P&L; ownership, strengthening operational excellence, and building strategic partnerships across hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare networks.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & P&L; Management

- Own and drive complete Profit & Loss (P&L;) for the Patna Homecare business.
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets as per organizational goals.
- Develop and execute state-level business strategy and expansion plans.
- Monitor financial performance, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Operations & Service Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end homecare operations ensuring high-quality patient service.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, clinical, and operational standards.
- Implement SOPs and ensure consistent service excellence across all service lines.




- Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.

Business Development

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and referral partners.
- Identify recent market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Lead local marketing and branding initiatives to increase market penetration.

Team Leadership

- Recruit, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and clinical staff.
- Set KPIs and performance metrics for teams.
- Foster a high-performance, patient-centric culture.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary representative of 2050 Healthcare in the state.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and reporting.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and partner engagement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
