About the Role:

Biotecnika is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Expansion Associates to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates from a Science, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences background who are interested in sales, customer interaction, lead conversion, and business growth.

In this role, you will connect with students, researchers, and professionals, understand their career and learning requirements, introduce relevant Biotecnika programs, and support them through the enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Connect with new leads and understand their educational and career requirements.
- Identify suitable programs based on customer needs and provide relevant information.
- Explain course features, program benefits, and enrollment details.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students and professionals.
- Address basic customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Support lead conversion and contribute towards team sales goals.
- Update and maintain lead details in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.




- Track follow-ups and maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Stay informed about Biotecnika's courses, training programs, and services.

Eligibility:

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree .
- Final-year students and candidates currently pursuing their degree are not eligible.
- Educational background must be in Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline .
- Candidates from Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Sciences, Zoology, Botany, Pharmacy , and related fields are welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
