Role Description The Business Development Trainee will support the growth of SANeForce’s client base in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors through proactive outreach and relationship building. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation activities, conducting basic market research, and supporting sales presentations and product demonstrations. The trainee will collaborate with senior business development team members to follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records in CRM tools,



and contribute to proposals and reports.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring close coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

- Basic understanding of CRM tools or salesforce automation software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in the pharmaceutical or healthcare technology domain will be beneficial.
