Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships with institutions, corporate clients, and other stakeholders. The specialist will conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, manage prospect pipelines, and support the development of tailored proposals and presentations.

Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, coordinating with internal teams to align offerings, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes. The role also requires supporting promotional activities, providing responsive customer service,



and contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies and revenue growth.
