Benedicct PR & Brand Building is looking for an ambitious, driven, and well-connected Business Development Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon.

We’re looking for someone who understands the PR, communications, branding, and marketing ecosystem in India and has a proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, pitch solutions, and close business.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Identifying and generating new business leads across relevant industries
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
- Developing compelling PR, branding, and communications proposals
- Understanding client requirements and creating customised solutions
- Taking ownership of the sales pipeline — from lead generation to conversion
- Conducting pitches and client meetings
- Following up with prospects and converting opportunities into business
- Working closely with the founder
- Meeting monthly/quarterly business development targets

What we’re looking for

✅ 3–4+ years of relevant experience in PR, business development, sales, communications, advertising, branding, or a related field in India

✅ Strong understanding of the Indian PR/communications and corporate landscape





✅ Proven experience in lead generation and business acquisition

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

✅ Ability to independently develop proposals and pitch to clients

✅ A strong professional network and the ability to open new conversations

✅ Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable owning the entire sales cycle

✅ Strong written and verbal EnglishWhat we offer:
