Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Identifying new business opportunities within the warehousing sector, including potential clients and target markets
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers across target industries
- Conducting regular prospecting and lead-generation activities to build a strong sales pipeline
- Understanding customer requirements and aligning suitable warehousing solutions to meet their needs
- Generating and qualifying leads, building relationships, and closing deals for warehousing services
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close sales and establish long-term partnerships
- Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
- Analysing client needs, challenges, and opportunities to position warehousing services effectively
- Monitoring industry developments and suggesting relevant improvements or current services to clients
- Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely support
- Acting as the primary point of contact for existing customers and ensuring their warehousing requirements are met
- Working closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns




- Coordinating with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service implementation
- Coordinating with finance and legal teams to finalise contracts, payment terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress in CRM systems
- Preparing sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates on key metrics and targets for senior management
