Kabra Builds designs and develops clean, modern, mobile-responsive websites for businesses, considered work for owners who want to be taken seriously, without agency overhead or theatre. We're expanding our outbound sales team so more businesses can discover what we build.
The role
We're looking for confident, disciplined callers who can reach out to business owners, spark interest, and book qualified conversations for our team to close. You won't be figuring this out alone; you'll get a proven script, objection-handling training, a provided contact list, which is refreshed daily, and direct support from the founder before you make your first call.
What you'll do
- Call business owners from lists we provide (you don't need to source leads yourself)
- Introduce Kabra Builds and generate genuine interest
- Qualify prospects and book verified callbacks
- Log every call and outcome accurately
- Represent the brand professionally on every call
Compensation
- Commission-only. ₹5,000 for every client you help close. No cap.
- Current callers are averaging 7 closed deals a month — at that pace, that's roughly ₹35,000/month, with no ceiling for people who push harder or call more.
- Paid via UPI or bank transfer.
Who we're looking for
- Strong communicator in English and/or Hindi, confident speaking to business owners
- Energetic, disciplined, and comfortable with rejection and follow-ups
- Able to commit to consistent daily outreach; this isn't a "when I feel like it" role
- Motivated by performance-based income, not a fixed monthly paycheck
- Valuable fit for driven students, freelancers, and aspiring sales professionals who want to build real sales experience
