About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative Intern who can actively contribute to building our B2B sales pipeline in the Indian market. This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative Intern role located in Raipur.

What You Will Do?

- The intern will support the India Market by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and engaging with prospects through calls, messages, and meetings.
- Daily responsibilities include researching target segments, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.
- The role also involves collaborating with the sales and product teams to understand service offerings, preparing basic proposals or presentations, and following up with prospective clients to move opportunities forward.
- The intern will learn and apply sales best practices, contribute to outreach campaigns,



and participate in discussions to improve business development strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear speaking, professional writing, and active listening with diverse stakeholders.
- Foundational Sales skills with interest in learning consultative selling and closing techniques.
- Business Development mindset, including market research, opportunity spotting, and relationship-building.
- Interest in the startup and technology ecosystem, especially software products and services.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
- Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
