Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Operations role based in Coimbatore. The role involves supporting and executing business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities, tracking prospects, and assisting with client relationship management. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing business data, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline business processes.

The position also requires maintaining documentation, monitoring performance metrics,



and contributing to strategic planning efforts to enhance operational efficiency and business growth. The individual will work closely with leadership to ensure business development activities are aligned with organizational goals.

- Candidates should possess skills in Development Operations and Business to support growth initiatives and operational planning.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, engage with clients, and present findings clearly.
- Relevant experience in business development, operations, or sales support is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
