Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Generate leads through various channels and follow up with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information about company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Conduct client calls, meetings, and follow-ups as required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer communication and service.
- Achieve assigned business development targets.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and business activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
