Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and expanding the company’s client base across key markets and industries. Daily activities include prospecting and outreach, conducting discovery calls and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with organizational goals.

Manager collaborates closely with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to design solutions that meet client needs and support long-term partnerships. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing regular reports and forecasts to management.
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in international client acquisition for the BPO contact center industry.
Shift Requirements: Must be willing to work in night shifts as per business requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills,
both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring clients in the international market.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in working with CRM systems, workflows, and email campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media marketing techniques is an added advantage.
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute preferred.
