BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER US STAFFING

We are looking for an experienced US Staffing BDM who can drive business, build strong client relationships, and close deals.

Locations: Greater Noida | Agra | Jaipur | Varanasi | Lucknow | Meerut | Bhubaneshwar | Noida – On-site

Shift: US Night Shift | Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in the US Staffing market
- Acquire and manage Direct Clients, Prime Vendors & MSP/VMS partners
- Generate leads through Cold Calling, Email, LinkedIn & Networking
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Negotiate contracts, rates & business terms
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for client requirements
- Maintain sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets





What We’re Looking For

- Experience in US Staffing / IT Staffing Business Development
- Hands-on experience with MSP/VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.
- Robust Direct Client / Vendor network
- Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive & target-driven
