? Experience: Prior experience in the Staffing / Recruitment industry is mandatory

? Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify companies with staffing & recruitment requirements
- Handle B2B sales and recruitment service negotiations
- Achieve monthly business development & revenue targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client servicing

? Requirements:





✅ Experience in Staffing / Recruitment / Manpower industry

✅ Solid B2B sales & business development skills

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✅ Ability to generate leads independently

✅ Target-oriented and result-driven approach

✅ Strong client relationship management skills
