You will manage a portfolio of clients provided by the company, help them find properties suited to their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process from initiation to closure

. Key Responsibilitie s:

- Present and recommend suitable residential properties to clients based on their investment preference s.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfactio n.
- Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to post-sale engagemen t.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective client s.
- Participate in negotiations and help clients make informed decision s.
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and sales strategies to offer valuable insight s.




- Drive revenue growth by achieving allocated targets and identifying new opportunities. Qualifications & Skill s:
