### Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the hospitality and food service industry.

- Develop relationships with hotels, restaurants, resorts, banquet halls, caterers, cloud kitchens, and institutional clients.

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.

- Schedule client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.

- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.

- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.

- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products.

- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.

### Required Skills Qualifications





- Graduate in any discipline (MBA Marketing preferred).

- 15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.

- Experience in Hotelware, Hospitality Products, Kitchen Equipment, Cutlery, Tableware, Banquet Equipment, Horeca, FMCG, or related industries will be preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
