Key Requirements

- Minimum Graduation (Any Stream) / Dip. Civil / B-Tech (Civ / Mech / Elec / Water Resource)

- Must own a Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

- Solid ability to generate business leads by meeting architects, developers, and other key stakeholders.

- Capable of delivering impactful presentations, negotiating deals, and closing sales.

- Willingness to travel extensively across North Bengal & Sikkim to expand business opportunities.
