The Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to bring new brands and large advertisers into the Lookad family. This is a recent business role focused on identifying prospects, pitching to them and converting them into clients.

What You'll Do

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors, from growing regional businesses to large national brands and advertisers.
- Prepare clear, well-researched pitch decks that show how Lookad can support a brand.
- Work in the field:



make calls, visit prospects, set up meetings and present to them.
- Understand each prospect's business, audience and goals, and recommend the right media mix.
- Build a healthy pipeline and convert it into long-term client relationships.
- Report directly to the Directors and work closely with the leadership team.

What You'll Bring

- An MBA is preferred, though ability and attitude matter more than the degree.
- Fluency in Bengali, Hindi and English.
- Comfort with cold calling, walk-ins and face-to-face meetings.
- Experience in advertising sales, especially press and TV, is a plus.
- Familiarity with the marketing teams of businesses in Eastern India will be helpful.
- Experienced candidates are preferred, though motivated freshers are welcome to apply.
